3. Innovation: India's first solar-covered cycle track with 16,000 solar panels generating 16 megawatts of electricity, illuminating the expressway and supporting sustainable energy.
4. Global Recognition: Named 'Healthway', the project is celebrated as a unique masterpiece, ranking as the second of its kind globally, inspired by a similar development in South Korea.
5. Strategic Location: Situated beside Hyderabad's IT hub, the track is designed to include three cycle lanes and a green belt, promoting a green commute option for the city's workforce.
6. KMV Group's Role: As the lead developer, KMV Group is tasked with designing, financing, building, operating, and transferring the project, highlighting their expertise in infrastructure development.
