At GE Healthcare, he further honed his expertise in operational excellence and quality control frameworks, assuring premium standards in product development and client service. In his role as Director of Procurement, Rao is not only responsible for overseeing the acquisition of goods and services crucial for our company’s success but also for harnessing his extensive experience to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs without compromising on quality.

His previous experiences have armed him with a unique perspective and an ability to navigate the multifaceted challenges of procurement in dynamic sectors. Desababu K, with more than 25 years of expertise in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry, is a cornerstone of our company’s success in Dubai. As Director of VP – Operations, his comprehensive skill set in project management, from initiation to completion, has been pivotal in delivering projects that not only meet but exceed international quality and cost parameters. His commitment to client satisfaction, adherence to statutory compliances, and command over the latest construction methodologies have distinguished him as a leader in his field. His work has been integral to the successful completion of significant projects, which include notable structures such as One Zabeel with a tonnage of 22,000 MT, the futuristic Museum of the Future, and the iconic Dubai Eye.

Moreover, Desibabu has steered operations for the impressive Tiara United Towers and the esteemed Royal Atlantis Hotel & Residential, amongst other prominent projects. Through his tenure, Desibabu has exemplified customer-centric professionalism, providing cost-effective and customized project solutions, thereby fostering improved client relationships. With an extensive experience spanning over 23 years, Ravi has been an integral part of shaping the infrastructure and development sectors through his involvement in a variety of significant projects. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in driving the success of each endeavour he has undertaken. Ravi’s portfolio includes an impressive array of projects, each showcasing his ability to handle complex challenges and deliver outstanding results. His work with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) stands out as a testament to his skills in managing large-scale urban transportation projects, contributing significantly to the modernization and efficiency of city commuting in the capital. In Hyderabad, Ravi led the development of the HITEX Exhibition Stalls, a project that underscores his capacity to execute projects that require meticulous planning and execution to support commercial and business events.

His ability to oversee the construction and setup of these facilities demonstrates his versatility and competence in a variety of project environments. Another notable project under Ravi’s leadership is the construction of the Secretariat Buildings in New Delhi. Ram Mohan M, with over 27 years of extensive experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His career, which commenced in government service from 1987 to 2002, laid a strong foundation for his remarkable journey in the engineering and construction sector. As a Site Engineer, Ram Mohan played a crucial role in the installation of the air-cooled condenser at the Gelugor Power Plant in Penang, Malaysia, showcasing his ability to manage complex technical projects in challenging environments. His expertise was further amplified during his tenure as a Logistics Manager at Eversendai Engineering LLC in Dubai, where he excelled in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

Ram Mohan’s leadership capabilities were also evident in his role as a Projects Coordinate Manager at Eversendai Engineering FZE in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE, where he successfully oversaw multiple projects, ensuring their timely and effective execution. As a Project Manager, he contributed significantly to the completion of the prestigious Al Jalila Children’s Hospital in Dubai and the Khalifa Olympic Stadium in Doha, Qatar. His tenure as a Production Manager at Eversendai Engineering FZE in Sharjah further highlights his versatility and his ability to adapt to diverse roles within the industry. Raju Thummala

Manager – QA/QC

With over 21 years of dedicated experience in Vendor Quality & Client Coordination within the PEB, Heavy Steel Structure, and Thermal Power Plant Equipment QA/QC sectors, Mr. Raju has been an invaluable asset to our team. Their career has been marked by successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Kirby, Lechler India Pvt Limited, Aster PEB, NCC Projects, and Doosan Power Systems India Pvt Ltd. Notably, Mr. Raju served over eight years as the Deputy Manager of Quality at the Mumbai branch office of Doosan Power Systems India Pvt Ltd, where they executed and managed projects of significant scale and complexity.

Mr. Raju has played a pivotal role in the execution of critical projects, such as the NTPC Kudgi 3x800MW, boasting a 14,000MT Boiler Steel Structure with Ceiling Girder, and the NTPC Barh 3x660MW, including a one-month assignment in Hanoi, Vietnam, for the Inspection of a 1200MT steel structure. Their expertise extends to managing and coordinating with major clients and TPIs such as NTPC, UPRVUNL, JVUNL, POSCO E&C, Bureau Veritas, SGS, TUV Nord, DNV, and TUV Sud, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Mr. Raju’s ability to navigate complex project requirements, paired with their dedication to excellence in quality assurance and client coordination, has led to the successful delivery of projects across diverse locations and challenging environments. With deep expertise in strategic sales planning, market expansion, and client relationship management, he has consistently driven impressive business results.

His proven leadership in P&L management, competitive strategy, and team development has earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional performance. Karunakar K

Manager – Marketing

Karunakar K brings over 8 years of diverse experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through strategic and performance-based campaigns. As Marketing Manager, he plays a key role in strengthening brand positioning, enhancing customer experience, and executing integrated marketing communication strategies across multiple channels.

Throughout his career, Karunakar has successfully led end-to-end marketing initiatives, including PPC advertising, SEO, SEM, CRM-based campaigns, conversion rate optimization, social media strategy, content marketing, and funnel-based lead nurturing. He is proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms to deliver data-driven insights and maximize campaign ROI. Ram Prasad Ch

Senior Manager - Procurement

Ram Prasad serves as the Senior Manager – Procurement, bringing extensive experience in procurement planning, vendor management, and commercial coordination within the infrastructure sector. A B.Com graduate from Osmania University, he combines strong financial acumen with practical operational insight to support efficient and cost-effective procurement strategies.

In his current role, he oversees procurement operations, including strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract compliance, budget alignment, and timely coordination with project sites. Working closely with senior leadership, he ensures seamless material flow, cost control, and adherence to company standards, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and organizational growth.

Vishnuvardhan Ch

Co-Founder

Vishnuvardhan Ch is the Co-Founder of Bheemaa Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (BISPL), leading HR, IT, Marketing, and Compliance Strategy while building scalable systems that power sustainable growth. His career bridges enterprise technology and industrial-scale execution, shaped by early roles at GE Healthcare and Toyota Motor Corporation, where he developed a strong foundation in precision, process excellence, and systems thinking.

He later worked with Cognizant, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Micro Focus, and OpenText, specializing in monitoring and observability across complex enterprise environments. In 2020, he co-founded BISPL, transitioning into Pre-Engineered Buildings and civil infrastructure and helping scale the company to a 250+ member organization delivering industrial-scale projects across India. His leadership integrates systems thinking, structured execution, and technology-driven governance to build organizations designed for long-term impact.

We are thrilled to introduce Sammad Abdul, a distinguished member of our team, who brings over 13 years of experience to his role as Deputy General Manager of Manufacturing. Sammad’s journey in the industry is marked by his contributions to some of the most significant and challenging projects, showcasing his ability to manage and deliver exceptional results, regardless of the project’s size.

One of Sammad’s most notable contributions was to the Oman Museum Across Ages, a monumental project with a tonnage of 26,800, reflecting his ability to oversee projects of national significance. His role in this project underscores his expertise in managing large-scale operations and his commitment to excellence. Another significant project under his belt is the Carillion Alawi LLC, focusing on Exhibition Halls with a tonnage of 6,100. This project, along with the Oman Oil Refineries (5,650 tonnage), highlights Sammad’s proficiency in the energy and infrastructure sectors, showcasing his versatile skill set and his capacity to adapt to different industry demands. Sammad’s experience also extends to military and industrial projects, as evidenced by his work on the Typhoon Facility at Adam Airbase (3,800 tonnage) and the Jindal Steel Factory (2,900 tonnage).
